Can our members opt in or out of specific messaging?

Our messaging systems are built as opt-in setups, with strategic overrides where members will accept auto enrollment. Every member can opt out of any messaging they don’t want to receive. Members who choose to receive notifications can opt out at any time. All systems prioritize privacy.

How does the digest feature work?

Our notification digests automatically compile important community updates into an e-mailed weekly or monthly summary. Each member receives a customized list of the items that interest them, including invoices, events, chats, newsfeed posts, and more. All settings are easy to personalize.

Is there a limit to how many e-blast or text messages we can send?

Your e-blast output is unlimited, but remember that considerate messaging keeps engagement rates high and avoids overwhelming members. We provide you with an annual allocation of text messages that you can top off at any time for a modest cost. Messaging rates may apply to text message receipt.

Can we remove newsfeed posts that don't meet community standards?

Admins can clean up newsfeed entries that go astray. If necessary, remove or edit posts, and even ban individuals from posting or liking. Set up a read-only page to serve as the virtual equivalent of the old clubhouse cork board. Even filter newsfeeds to set up more than one on specific topics.
