Can we receive push notifications of critical updates?

Absolutely! Choose to receive immediate notifications of new content and messages. Receive notifications for new invoices, violation issuances/updates, ticketing system updates, surveys, calendars or events, committees, documents uploads, newsfeed posts, chat updates, and amenity reservation approvals.

Can we choose which features we show our members?

Yes, our Member Portal includes controls that can hide any feature that you don’t use or don’t want to share. Make those changes in your administrative interface and see them reflected in your mobile app experience—as well as on the website view of your group. Admins even can add headlines and descriptions to individual app features.

Will this work on any mobile device?

Our app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Access it for any iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Your members can download it at no charge—and they won’t have to pay to unlock app features. The full app experience is available as soon as they download the app and log in—with the same login credentials they use on your website.

Does the app function like our website?

Are you using our Member Portal on your group’s website? If so, you’ll recognize the online experience in our mobile app. We built the Member Portal as a convenient way to help your members acclimate themselves to the mobile app, so invite them to explore the Portal if you want them to see how the app works.
